This Refund Policy governs the conditions under which English Corridor provides refunds for its educational services, including Demo Lessons, Live Lessons, and Live English Level Tests.
By making a payment for any service provided by English Corridor, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy.
This policy applies to all payments made for the following services:
Demo Lessons are provided free of charge for evaluation purposes (to assess teacher compatibility and platform functionality). Each student is allowed only one free Demo Lesson. As no payment is required, no refund applies.
Live English Level Tests are non-refundable. No refund will be provided once the assessment has been conducted or the evaluation report has been delivered.
We offer a limited refund window to ensure fairness while protecting our resources.

Important: All refund requests must be submitted in writing to our Customer Support team.
We are committed to providing scheduled classes. In the event of a cancellation originating from English Corridor (e.g., teacher illness, technical issues):
Priority is Rescheduling: We will immediately attempt to reschedule the cancelled class at a time convenient for the student.
Class Credit: If immediate rescheduling is not possible, a class credit for the cancelled session will be added to the student’s account for future use.
Refunds (Exceptional): A refund will only be considered if repeated cancellations (more than two consecutive classes) prevent the lessons from being delivered, and rescheduling or credit options are refused by the student.
No refund or rescheduling will be provided for classes missed by the student due to personal reasons, technical issues on the student’s side, illness, or absence.
Classes must be scheduled and attended within 30 days of purchase. If classes are not scheduled within this period, they will expire and require repurchase.
In genuine cases, students may submit a written request via email for an extension. Approval is at the sole discretion of English Corridor management.
If you have an issue with a payment or service, you must contact English Corridor Customer Support first to resolve the issue.
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment processor without contacting our support team may lead to the immediate and irreversible suspension of your English Corridor account and access to all purchased materials.
